Antistatic Compliance Test
Every pair of Nitti boots is also tested for approved antistatic readings before it leaves our factory.

Upper and Outsole Bond
Strength Test The separation forces at the toe end and instep exceed the minimum requirements of 800N and 500N respectively. |

Impact Resistance Test The impact resistance of the steel toe cap is tested by a steel striker of mass 20kg±0.4kg adapted to fall freely on vertical guides from a predetermined height of 1000mm to give the required impact energy of 200J±4J. |

Flexing Resistance of
Outsole Test The sole unit withstands more than the standard requirement of 30,000 cycles at a constant value between 125 cycles/min and 150 cycles/min with a bent angle of 90º. |
